2. Walls: R-19 (6" walls), R-13 (4" walls)
3. Sill insulation or sill caulking under sole plate
4. Weatherstripping and caulking around all door and windows
5. Vapor barrier on outside walls

Slab floors: Rigid urethane or styrofoam from top of floor along the outside edge of the slab down below the brick ledge or pour vermiculite into the cavity between bricks and slab up to the top of the slab

General Recommendations
1. Maximum glass area should be 8% or less of floor space
2. Heat pump for heating and cooling
